My experience with bees was one of a lot of curious kids, I caught one by the wings and held it up to my finger to see if the stinger would come out of it's mouth. Fooled me! It came right out of it's butt and BAM stung me! Gained new respect for bees and kept my distance after that. xoOregon Suehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07304465767994530731noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2353280526628627983.post-41226600099250576862016-06-16T21:46:28.915-07:002016-06-16T21:46:28.915-07:00Hi Nikki. If I could afford it, I would rip-out all my old agapanthus for newer varieties which bloom through much of the year.

The other thing you can do with stale red wine is to dilute it and give your roses a drink. Remember- beer for the lawn, wine (or whiskey) for the roses.Lydiahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03215242522396155812noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2353280526628627983.post-51795546137091315302016-06-16T20:52:13.808-07:002016-06-16T20:52:13.808-07:00Ah, so that's what you do with left-over wine ...Ah, so that's what you do with left-over wine sitting on the counter too long! (I'm a very very light drinker)

A beautiful post full of good memories (the boy who learned not to pet bees made me smile) and beautiful flowers -- which remind me I want more blue in my garden.nikkipolanihttp://nikkipolani.wordpress.comnoreply@blogger.com
